A Ukrainian official predicts Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will visit Washington D.C. within the upcoming days after Ukraine reached a United States deal covering natural resources access and post-war reconstruction.
The multiday negotiations seek Ukrainian permission to extract their rare earth minerals while the United States stands as the prospective partner.
This Ukrainian-US agreement emerged as an essential component of overall discussions which strive to defeat the Russian invasion and establish funding support for Ukrainian reconstruction efforts.
The Ukrainian official confirmed the agreement reached what he described as the final terms while eliminating controversial aspects to establish an arrangement that supports Ukraine’s security alongside peace.
